Islamabad is administratively divided into two segments, namely Islamabad Urban and Islamabad rural. The rural area is further divided into 32 union councils, comprising some 133 villages.and Urban area 18 union councils.
The Parents or relative of the children/any person Registration are responsible. We need the following document, Name of the newly born baby, date of birth, NIC of father and mother.
